On Monday, shortly before 1:00 am, Ontario Country Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jean Renee Fontana, age 35 of 773 Duck Hollow in Victor. She was charged with assault in the 3rd degree after a domestic incident in the Town of Victor.The victim in the incident, drove himself to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and was allegedly punched in the face multiple times causing bleeding and swelling.The defendant was transported to the Ontario County Jail and held on pre-arraignment detention.She will appear in Victor Town Court on a later date to answer the charge.
